"the
Juicy Pig" Chops

Ingredients:
8 Pork Chops or Steaks
1 Very large onion, sliced rounds
2 Large apples, sliced rounds
"the Juicy Pig"
Seasoning
1 Can gravy (pork, beef, or chicken) mixed with ½ can of water
Directions:
Sprinkle "the Juicy
Pig" on both sides of chops or steaks (as you would
salt & pepper) then brown. Place in 11"x15" baking pan then
cover with alternating round slices of onions and apples. Sprinkle a little
more "the Juicy
Pig" over all. Pour in the gravy and water mixture over
all. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1-1½ hours.
P.S. - You may substitute 1 can of broth for the gravy with ½ can of wine - white or blush (Then you'd have a "Blushing Juicy Pig!").
Serve with buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
