After twenty years of perfecting all-natural spice blends and fresh salsas for family barbecues, competition and special events, we're confident you'll find our products have "A Taste as Bold as Texas™" and will add a unique flavor to any entrée.
TSS spice blends are free of MSG, fillers or preservatives and start with only the best grade of freshly ground ingredients including fine sea salt. Salsas from TSS are made with fresh produce and do not contain vinegar, MSG or preservatives. Our dry blends are hand packed, not run on an assembly line, in smaller batches to ensure our customers get the freshest flavor available from the kosher ingredients.

Please visit the TSS Exotic Chili Pepper Garden page while browsing our site and watch us grow! We raise two varieties of Texas Chili Pequin, Chiltepin, Purira, Caribbean Red, Zimbabwe Bird Pepper, and other exotics from around the world to make our reserve products. These seasonal reserve products including fresh & canned salsas, hot pepper/fruit jams and pickled peppers are available at the Bayou City Farmers' Market or by special request. Seed stock and chili pepper plants are available direct from our garden or locally at select farmers markets.
TSS turned 3years old on September 6th, 2006. Our Texas based gourmet seasoning and salsa line has grown to 49 products including Texas BBQ rubs and all-purpose blends from mild to fiery hot, salt-free seasonings, wild game sausage mix, pre-seasoned batters and authentic family salsas.
